The round design also helps in reducing the pressure points inside the tank, thereby minimizing wear and tear. These tank trailers are available in two variants- insulated and non-insulated with features like rear discharge, in transit heat, and vapor recovery system with an average hauling capacity of 7000 US gallons and Cleanbore design.

Double Conical Chemical Tank Trailers:

Double conical chemical tank trailers are also DOT 407 compliant central discharge tank trailers with the base of the trailer creating a slight “V” from the front and back to the center which allows better drainage for the product on level ground. This shape is often preferred for viscous or semi-solid materials, as it facilitates easier flow towards the outlet. These are available in two variants- insulated and non-insulated with features like in-transit heat and vapor recovery systems with an average hauling capacity of 7000 US gallons and no baffle design.
